Princess Diana

I did this for the Wonder Woman Day charity, and I'll send it out to them this week.
It might be a reaction to George's work that it's as streamlined as it is; I've been inking a lot of the Legion stuff this week after finishing the Fantastic Four story on Sunday night. I like it, I hope it will help the charity out - I'll try and find specifics to the charity and post them.

Veep-

I think McCain thought he was supposed to shop around for his next wife. The McCain/GILF ticket!

Just as a follow up, I'm sure she was vetted for the position, right?

FC:Lo3W is out!

Final Crisis: Legion of 3 worlds is out and people really seem to like it, so three cheers!
and I'm happy with how the rest of the book is coming along - George just keeps getting better and better. Geoff is our fearless leader.

Almost done with the MA Fantastic Four story (MAFF #40)- I'm going to try and wrap it up this weekend - it guest stars Iron Man and has a nice solid villain. - Here's my favorite panel from the book so far-

I think I'm beginning to see my problem with the internets

I think I'm beginning to see my problem with the internets, which is that I see them as an extension of me.
It's all about me, or what I want. Every search i do on Google, is all about me or something I want to know about.
I think I might take a break from the internets, just to get my head back on straight.

In other, reality based news, I will be appearing at the Comic Bug in Manhattan Beach on the 20th to celebrate/pimp the Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds book. It's possible that they have forgotten I'm going to be there, so I'll have to remind them, but I'll likely be there from 4:30 to around 7, so c'mon by if you have the time or inclination.

A fun project is brewing over at the Legion Omnicom, the host is going to tackle the annotations on the Legion of 3 Worlds book. I've never been on a project where anybody wanted to annotate it, so I wish I had paid LESS attention in high school and spent more time memorizing the Legion of Super-Heroes. I'd love to see the meltdown the annotaors'll have from pages 6 through 15. That's going to be a lot of work, and it's just the beginning as things really get rolling in the issues that follow. I've been really jazzed about everything that Geoff and George have been dropping into the book - it's a really massive undertaking and has brought me a tremendous amount of joy the past few months. Every time I get something from Geoff or George I know I'm in for a treat. Everyone's giving 110%, so much so that I find myself worrying about everyone's sanity.

The issue of Marvel Adventures Fantastic Four that I'm pencilling will be coming out on September 24th! It's been a joy to work on - Chris Eliopoulos wrote an awesome script and I got to draw Androids fighting the Invisible Woman and Iron Man, what could be more fun?

Mine is just to force it.
You would do well, in reading them, to remember that Pablo Picasso was really an asshole.

Random Hyperbole

The Final Crisis: Legion of Three Worlds book is due on the stands in 13 days. It should be worth it-
iFanboy has made the Captain America trade paperback I worked on (lo those many years ago) their book of the month. I imagine they only have 12 of those, so it's nice that they chose it.
I'm pencilling an inking half an issue of Marvel Adventures Fantastic Four, the half that has Reed and Sue in it.
The trade for the second half of George's run on the Brave and the Bold comes out either this coming week or next, I'm not sure which.
I think the American Dream trade comes out within the next 30 days as well...
My bro' Tim is getting engaged, so congrats to Tim and his lovely bride to be!
The Weapon trade paperback, which I pencilled and inked should be coming out in October.
