Legion of 3 Worlds: three weeks away-
I saw someone's list of possible Legionnaires to be used in the Legion of 3 Worlds and it numbered around 152 characters! Well, I'm pretty sure George covered 90% of the Legionnaires listed in the first issue, leaving the rest to be sprinkled through the last 4 issues.

Thinking about it further, the percentage might be closer to 80%, with a deeper cast settling in as the issues progress, but it's not in every book you can spot Chemical King.
